Our Mango Classic Energy Gel delivers rapid, efficient energy for high-intensity training and racing. Each 51g sachet provides 30g of carbohydrate in an optimised 2:1 blend of maltodextrin and fructose - a scientifically validated ratio that maximises carbohydrate delivery and supports sustained performance.

Added sodium and potassium, drawn from Celtic sea salt, potassium chloride and trisodium citrate, replace key electrolytes lost through sweat, helping reduce the risk of hyponatraemia and cramping.

Caffeine-free, so you control your own stimulant intake and smooth enough to take on the move without chasing it down. Ideal for training sessions and racing when used alongside Cadence CarboFuel or Marathon drinks and the CarboFuel Energy Bar.

Directions and dosage:
