Our Citrus Classic Energy Gel is a scientifically optimised formula for rapid energy delivery. A 2:1 combination of maltodextrin and fructose delivers 30 g of multiple transportable carbohydrate per sachet, a scientifically validated ratio for maximum energy delivery.

Added sodium, potassium and calcium replace lost electrolytes, prevent hyponatraemia and may prevent cramping. 50 mg of caffeine per gel improves mental alertness and boosts exercise performance, while a smooth, non-sticky gel texture makes each sachet easy to take on the move - with or without water.

Sodium is supplied from Celtic sea salt and trisodium citrate, with potassium from potassium chloride and additional calcium from calcium lactate — the three principal electrolytes lost in sweat during prolonged exercise.
