Primary Use Instructions
  • Take 1 sachet (35 g) ± every 30 minutes with ±250 ml water during physical activity. Can be alternated with Octane 4.0/ Octane XTR within the hour.
  • 1 Gel (35 g) with 250 ml water can be taken 20-30 minutes before training.
  • Vary dosage according to individual needs i.e. the concentration of solution and volume per hour depend on degree of exertion, age, gender, weight, climate, etc.
Secondary Use Instructions
Recovery:
  • 1 Gel (35 g) with some water can be taken directly after exercise. Consume a balanced meal with good quality protein 1-2 hours after training.
