Primary Use Instructions

Training – More than 90 minutes:
Dissolve 5 level scoops (75 g) in 600 ml water.

Training – Less than 90 minutes:
Dissolve 3 level scoops (50 g) in 400 ml water. Stir or shake well. More water can be added to prepare a hypotonic solution.

Take 600 ml within 30 minutes after physical exertion. Within the first few minutes after exercise the metabolic rate is increased, presenting a window period of accelerated nutrient uptake and effective recovery.

Carb-loading

Secondary Use Instructions

Take 2-3 servings throughout the day to maximise glycogen stores before endurance events.
When carb-loading, the normal training volume must be reduced so that maximal stored glycogen is available on the day of competition.
With each gram of carbohydrate stored, ± 2.7 g of water is sequestered. This may result in water retention and subsequently different degrees of muscle stiffness or heaviness.
