Squirt SEAL Tyre Sealant with BeadBlock® 120ml Easy-Fill pouch Squirt SEAL Tyre Sealant with Beadblock® is an ammonia-free latex solution which contains natural microfibres and BeadBlock™ particles. Together they form a permanent, reinforced rubber plug in punctures up to 6mm. It will not let sidewalls stick together and contains corrosion inhibitors. Suitable for use from -20 °C to 40 °C   Specifications

  Directions for Application with BRAND NEW TYRE

• Deflate tyre
• Remove one side of the tyre from the rim
• Shake bottle well and remove tamper seal
• Immediately pour 120ml (or prescribed amount) into the tyre
• Unscrew cap from BeadBlock™ particle bottle
• Fill the BeadBlock™ particle bottle cap
• Pour 1 cap full of BeadBlock™ particles into the tyre
• Secure the tyre to the rim
• Rotate wheel until valve stem is at the top
• Inflate tyre to the correct pressure to seal bead and keep inflated to tyre manufacturer’s specification

  Directions for Application with USED TYRE or EXISTING SEALANT

• Deflate tyre and remove from rim
• Remove old sealant and clean inside of tyre thoroughly if necessary
• Shake bottle well and remove tamper seal
• Immediately pour 120ml (or prescribed amount) into the tyre
• Unscrew cap from BeadBlock™ particle bottle
• Fill the BeadBlock™ particle bottle cap
• Pour 1 cap full of BeadBlock™ particles into the tyre
• Secure the tyre to the rim
• Rotate wheel until valve stem is at the top
• Inflate tyre to the correct pressure to seal bead and keep inflated to tyre manufacturer’s specification

  Directions for Application THROUGH VALVE

• Make use of a Syringe Valve Sealant applicator
• Simply remove the valve core from the wheel
• Premix the BeadBlock™ particles and the Sealant in an applicator or bottle
• Shake the premix well
• Secure the applicators flexible tubing onto the nozzle and valve
• Squirt the desired amount (120ml) into the tyre
• Re-insert the valve core
• Rotate wheel until valve stem is at the top
• Inflate tyre to the correct pressure to seal bead and keep inflated to tyre manufacturer’s specification

  Handling and Storage

• Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse with water. If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist
• Skin contact. Wash with soap and water
• Store in well ventilated area
• If swallowed or allergic reaction, seek medical advice if necessary
